A: Blichmann does not do one offs, but you may contact them directly and let them know there is a demand for this type of accessory.

Q: Do you sell replacement gaskets for the dome and the condenser tower? I recently purchased this from you and would like to have spare gaskets.

A: The gasket for the Mash and Boil dome (Q99) item Z98 is available now and while we do sell a gasket for the still part, it is currently out of stock.

Q: How do you get the silicone gasket to fit and stay on the bottom of the dome? Mine keeps bending and popping off as if it's too small.

A: It can be a little tricky to install the gasket. The best way to install it is to sit in a chair at a desk or table with the dome upside down in your lap. Next lay the gasket in the groove evenly starting at the bottom closest to your chest or the 6 o'clock position. The gasket should lay flat in the groove until you get to the 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock position. Then put your thumbs on top of the gasket at the 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock positions and slide them evenly until you reach the 12 o'clock position. If the gasket starts to curl up, take it out and flip it over and try again.

Q: Would this fit on an Anvil Foundry 10.5 Gallon?

Q: Ref. the question I sent in on 8-11 about "clips" for the older model Mash & Boil that I could attached to unit. Unable to locate source for clips ( Lowe's, Home Depot,etc). Do you have a contact # for Mash&Boil Cust/svc? Unable to find # thru google.

A: There is not a retrofit kit for the older Mash & Boil without lid clips. We do not know of a commercially available clip that would work.
