Q: Will this fit the anvil foundry 10.5 gallon. What are the dimensions of the lid? I have heard mixed reviews of if it fits.

A: Yes, this fits the Anvil Foundry. The outer dimension of the dome is 12.75"

Q: Any suggestions on how to keep the gasket in place? Every time I try to place it on the gasket falls out. I’ve even tried to use food grade silicone to see if I can get it to stick. No luck

A: We have cleaned both surfaces well, and then used a glue stick. After using the stick, clamp the dome on your kettle for a while to get the glue to set.

Q: How do I clean this dome? After a couple of batches the inside is black. I have had little success getting it back to bare copper.

A: The easy way to clean your copper dome is to soak it in a solution of Star San (item A44) until it becomes shiny again. I would only soak it overnight, then rinse it well. There is no scrubbing needed.

Q: Will this lid fit a Robobrw version 2?

A: That item (Q99) will fit the Robobrew, but item Q89 fits better and is $90.00 cheaper.

A: Yes, although the less expensive dome item Q89 also fits and does the same thing.
