A: No, we do not have a sealed distilling lid to fit the Klarstein.

Q: Can this be used for indoor beer brewing as a means to control the steam?

A: In Theory it could work. We have never tried it, so we can not recommend doing it or say for sure it will work. Also when you are boiling a batch of beer you will be boiling at a higher temperature than when you are distilling. This means you will have more steam and it will use a great deal of cooling water during a typical one hour boil.
