A: Yes, any distilling lid with a 47mm wide hole.

Q: Can you run it like a pot still by removing the stainless steel pieces pacjes inside the column? Can you make whiskey this way?

A: The manufacturer does not recommend this, although there are blogs on the internet where doing this is mentioned.

A: It comes with a digital thermometer, the water regulator (item C07) is not included.

Q: Is this solid copper or just copper plated stainless steel?

A: It is solid copper except for the base which secures it to the lid.
