Q: What is the warranty on this pump?

A: We have a 60 return policy on all items if you are not happy with it and we offer a one year warranty on all items.

Q: How do you prime the pump?

A: Flood the pump head using gravity, by having the pump lower than your vessel. After the pump head is flooded you can turn on the pump.

Q: can the impeller be ordered for this pump separately?

A: We have replacements here, but do not have a separate item number yet. If you have a problem with the impeller, we will provide a replacement for our pump customers.

Q: Which way does the wort flow with the pump? Out from the center hole?

A: The center hole is the inlet.
