A: No, this does not grind fine enough to make flour

Q: First attemp at crush at the .063 alignment is coming out way finer than I want. I that the widest setting. Turning the adjustment screws either way makes the gap smaller. I must be screwing something up

A: Loosen the adjustment screws and turn the two rolller adjustment knobs until they are are .063. The gap should be wider than the thickness of a credit card. If not, something is not assembled correctly or is not right in the roller cams.

Q: Could someone be kind enough to measure the roller length and diameter? ( I have seen both 5" x 1.25" and 6" x 1.5" listed) Thanks

A: 6" long, 1.5" dia.

Q: Aren't those tabs near the crack suppose to be on the inside to guide the grain into the rollers and to shield the bearings?

A: Yes, see step 7 of the instructions for a picture of this.
