A: Yes, you can force carbonate or prime with sugar.

Q: Living in Florida I have to wait until late in the year to brew. I'll be brewing Fireside again and I know I can order it later..Always wanted to try "Holiday" but it's always out of stock later. How long can I store this in my fridge if I order now?

A: This kit will be available through mid-November, so it is better to wait until November instead of ordering it now. The malt and hops will last for months in the fridge, but the yeast will probably need to be replaced after a couple of months.
