One of the BEST!

Review by Bill on 5/13/2011

This is definitely one of the best kits you can buy from Williams Brewing! Perfect Belgian Triple with a traditional Belgian aftertaste that is crisp and clean to the palate. Everyone who tries one of my Belgian Triples rants and raves about it. Also, the fermentation was vigorous and complete without having to aerate the wort. A true Winner! Cheers!

Great representation of a Belgian Tripel

Review by RudyFlyer on 4/26/2011

This has been my most successful kit (out of maybe 15) comparing it to kits from a variety of sources. The directions are very easy to follow and the end result was simply spectacular. It was a huge hit wherever I took this. Most people would say "You made this? I would pay for this at a bar." I have been on vacation to every Trappist in Blegium and this brew is right up there. I would recommend secondary fermentation at a colder temp than primary. This is one great kit.

Great Brew

Review by ANDREW on 3/27/2011

This was my first William's Kit and it was an immediate crowd pleaser. I only have 6 bottles left and I plan to age 6-12 months to see if it is possible for the brew to get better than it already is. I gave it to friends and family after 2 weeks in the bottle and they all loved it. Belgian brews are by far my favorite and I agree wholeheartedly that brewing your own Williams Triple is more cost effective than purchasing at the local brew house/specialty liquor store. I am definitely pleased.

An Excellent Tripel

Review by DARRELL on 3/19/2011

I have had to put some of this brew away to let it reach it's peak in a few months otherwise it would be all gone before then. Even with only a month of aging it was really quite good. I lived in Belgium for 3 years and can honestly say that this is a great Belgian Tripel. The color, strength, body, and nose are unmistakably all there! Way to go William's!

Great kit

Pros: This kit was probably the fourth batch of beer I ever brewed. Even with my beginner skills and equipment, the beer turned out to be truly comparable with beers that I'd pay $9 a bottle for. It really does help to let it age for about a month after carbonation is completed.

Cons: Ingredients aren't labeled, so I can't put this recipe together on my own!
