Very positive feedback, loved it!

Review by Ryan on 1/25/2012

This is possibly my favorite home brew of all time (of ~20 batches between all the homebrewing friends). I got positive feedback from people with a wide variety of preferences, including those who don't like a "strong" beer. I will probably brew this kit again, though wouldn't mind trying to dry it out a little more with some additional hops during the boil. I think the yeast is just barely enough to get through all those sugars, so keep an eye on the gravity and make sure it gets all the way to the stated finishing point (info in the instructions).

belgian triple

Review by Karl on 1/22/2012

This was my second attempt at brewing from williams brew kits. It turned out amazing if I must say so myself. It is a true crowd please and I have had several people beg to take some home. Of course I refused as I like to keep to myself. Anyway, easy to brew and delicious to drink.

Belgian Triple

Tried two different batches, same result both undrinkable. Reason unknown. Suspect either the yeast or malt was bad. Did all under very sanitary conditions and followed the recipe exactly.

The Neighborhood Bully

Review by Timothy on 9/22/2011

Blue Blood Bulldog Brewery showcased The Neighborhood Bully(Williams Belgian Tripel) at the annual pig roast on Labor Day weekend. Added Belgian Candi and primary ferment for a month. It sat in the secondary for 18 months. Reactivated with Champagne yeast a week prior to bottling. Bottled for a month . WOW. Rave reviews from all who enjoyed this Belgian. Bravo Williams. You rule supreme. If you like a nice Belgian you have arrived. Can't wait to try the Quad.

Worthy Brew

Review by Patrick on 9/3/2011

Ordered this in early June and through a comedy of errors received the kit in early July. Delays were in no part the responsibility of WB and they were very helpful throughout. Beer is conditioning/aging in the bottle a bit longer than I'd hoped but ferm'd high. Still a very tasty brew with great color, taste and balance. Will be great as fall sets in soon.
