Pros: An outstanding smooth beer with a great kick! The smell and taste of the Triple makes me cry it is so good!

Cons: I really only cry when I run out!

Outstanding beer

Pros: This is my all-time favorite beer from William's. It coined a new expression "I've been Belgiumed", referring to the almost instant acquisition of a mellowed out state on drinking this brew. This is my favorite beer to end a busy week with.

Cons: 1. I keep drinking it and running out 2. Other beers pale in comparison 3. I makes my friend Frank giggle uncontrollably :)

Pros: OUTSTANDING in almost every respect. This is without a doubt my favorite brew. It just keeps getting better by the day.

Cons: 5 gal goes way too fast...it doesn't last 3-5 weeks.

Nice Punch but wait...

Pros: Very nice with a lot of punch. Do not, however, drink on the first date you can but wait another 3-5 weeks. Initially it is "sharp" with definite sweet and alcoholic tastes. In time, this blends nicely. This is an excellent kit

Cons: Instructions show a first drinking timeframe too soon for proper melding of flavors.

Pros: This was my second brewing attempt and it came out great. I ordered another batch and its in the fermenter right now. I suspect that the alcohol content is higher then 7.7%. The brewing process was simple, even for a beginner like me. I didn't use the secondary fermenter, since it seemed likely that I would contaminate it. I don't believe it affected the flavor negatively, but I've never never had one that has been transfered to a secondary fermenter. Everyone who tried it loved it, even the ones who aren't really "beer people". A great value when compared to what you would pay in a store for similar beer.
