delightfully smooth ale . . . . . .

Review by tom t. on 8/3/2008

Pros: This amber triple is truly unique in complex taste and flavor w/ a very rich mouth feel. The residual sugars are well balanced with hoppy notes and yeast esters. Do not drink it too cold or too soon. I used secondary fermentation and oxygen aeration and yielded a starting gravity of 1.085.

Cons: Bottle conditioning makes the difference so have patience.

Belgian triple

Review by Norman J. on 7/27/2008

Pros: I love Belgian beers. Very refreshing. An outstanding smooth beer with a great kick! This is the best kit beer ever.

Cons: Takes longer than directions say to get best taste. And it is very difficult to wait.

Be Patient!

Pros: Just like another reviewer I sampled this beer according to the directions and it was much too soon. Beer is very tasy after extending time in bottle another 4-6 weeks. Very good buzz to relax at end of day.

Cons: Takes longer than directions say to get best taste. Usually I pour whole contents of bottle into my glass including spent yeast at bottom which sometimes adds to some beer flavor in my opinion, but I would leave an inch or so left in bottle to keep excellent aftertaste.

Brent's choice

Review by Lehman H. on 7/12/2008

Pros: My son bought this kit and we brewed it together (we always brew together). I loved the taste and one (16oz) beer is enough per sitting. We enjoy brewing together and also drinking GOOD BEER. We have been useing your kits for 11 years and have never had a bad expierance.
