Pros: Wonderful taste. The longer it sits the better it gets. But who can wait?

Cons: Haven't found one yet.

Great balanced brew

Pros: This was a great tasting, full bodied, smooth brew. I'd buy it again.

RED AND TAN

Review by ERIC S. on 3/9/2008

Pros: This is a very smooth beer to enjoy on a cool night. I recomend to enjoy this with a nice Stout almost like a black and tan. As of now the red and tan is my favorate beer.

Pros: The best kit I've tried yet. Not hoppy, very smooth. Liquid candy.

The best yet

Review by Ken S. on 3/7/2008

Pros: Being new to homebrewing with about a dozen brews, the Fireside Ale is probably the best I have done yet.I would have rated it a perfect 10 but then I may stop trying to improve. Thanks for a great recipe.I will do this one again.
