we made a batch of this for our wedding and everyone loved it! very good flavor and was easy to brew.

This beer came out pretty good after bottle conditioning but didn't taste great. I aged it in the cool basement for a month and it was much better. My 2 month old bottles now are even better then the 1 month. Beer is a medium color beer, not strong but not weak. Good beer for Lighter beer drinkers or drinkers who prefer a good ale.

Solid malty ale

Pros: Easy to brew, solid malt body and mild flavor.

Cons: Low hops presence and sweeter than expected.

Pros: Easy to brew. Easy to drink. Love the higher alcohol content with such a light taste.

Cons: Stir the extract/water mixture constantly to keep from burning.

Pros: This was my 2nd Williams beer kit, after using several from other suppliers. I am hooked. The final beer was fantastic, crisp and slightly sweet. Good head retention (hard to come by with kits, I have found). I would buy this one again.
