1 in 6 started leaking after 3 days of use

Bought 6 for gas. Worked ok and then one started leaking in the middle. First time I used them for gas. Will try replacing them with John Guest fittings, and if these ones leak too, will go back to traditional methods for the gas side. On the liquid side, they work as expected for now.
