Liquid Yeast did not work!

For the 2nd time in a row (3 of the last 5) the liquid yeast provided with the kit failed to rise. Last one I left for a week still did not rise. Highly recommend you order dry yeast as a back up. You will not regret it. William's Brewing Responds: Sorry to hear this. We do offer a free warranty replacement for liquid yeast in William's Brewing kits, providing that the wort was not made before making sure the yeast will rise.

Just had 35 people here for a party, and out of 12 kegs, this one got drank the most. Not heavy, not overly bitter. Normally I copy extract recipes o all grain but not this one... it stands alone. Great kit!

The taste is good, but there has to be another way to package the malt

The beer tastes great, but I would have liked to have known what the hops were. Also, the malt packaging needs to change. A pillow of malt is unwieldy and a real mess to handle. Consider offering this kit with dried malt extract or liquid malt extract in bottles.

Must brew another batch as this one isn't lasting long. Really enjoy the flavor, which seems to be getting both more pronounced and smoother the more aging it gets. Early tastes had me worried that it would be over-hopped, but it's just about perfect now.

The guy who gave a one star review and hadn't even brewed yet, what a Dick, this is my new favorite Williams brew kit, super easy, super delicious black IPA.
