Nice Change

Review by David on 1/29/2014

This is a refreshing change from the traditional "West Coast" style IPA's. At first taste the hop combination is a bit surprising but interesting. I especially like the light pilsner malt base. Everybody around here liked this beer and I would buy it again. However, it won't supplant my preference for the more standard IPA recipes. It is a nice change.

Double IPA

Review by Nathan on 1/24/2014

This is the very best beer that I have ever experienced! I have brewed many different styles of beer from other suppliers which have never quite excited me. Coming from Europe I was used to excellent brews and had never found just the right brew to satisfy my taste. Double IPA for the first time fulfilled that craving for a better beer.

Different from the classic Centennial hopped Midwest IPAs

Review by Paul on 11/8/2013

Every bit as good as the local standard, Bell's Two Hearted Ale. Nicely hopped, an interesting mix, Nice malt balance too. Different from the classic IPAs here in the Midwest. Not as piney or citrus hopped as some of the classic IPAs here in the midwest.

Excellent IPA

This is one of my favorite IPAs. It was easy to make and turned out delicious. It had nice bitterness and hop flavor, and I can't wait to make it again.

Great IPA

Made this several months ago in a ten gallon batch and it only lasted a few weeks. Try another style and I couldn;'t wait to get back to this Double IPA. Very good IPA. On the site now to buy more.
