Petit Syrah

Review by Wayne Youngquist on 12/3/2024

I very much appreciated ordering through Williams Brewing. There was a mixup on the Petit Syrah order, but when I called them, everything was set right (and more so). I'm just through the primary fermentation and it is tasting good at this point so I am very positive I will get a good wine from this and look forward to ordering again.

Petite Syrah

Review by William on 11/29/2024

've been an award winning home winemaker for over 30 years and have won numerous awards from the Marin County Fair and Sonoma County Harvest Fair amateur wine contests from wine made from fresh grapes. Having made grapes from concentrtes that taste like they're cooked ('cause they are), these stable concentrates are the next best thing to using fresh grapes that yield first class wine. Highly recommended

Aged Well

Review by Danny Beasley on 3/18/2021

I purchased this kit 2 years ago and bottled 18 months ago. I have had a few bottles along with each tasting better. Now after 18 months it is excellent. I have had good luck with all of William's reds and have found it is best to age them at least a year after bottling.

Petite Sirah concentrate

Review by Gary Hoover on 2/9/2021

I've fermented the Petite Sirah, Pinot Noir, and several others. They make a good wine. I do age them for approximately one year before moving to the tap. Yes, I age my wine in stainless kegs and once ready I put them on tap. Way easier than bottling and takes up much less space in the wine cellar. A good product at a good price point.
