Installed quickly in my cooler mash tun. I get much more consistent readings than a glass thermometer and I don't have to open the lid and let the heat out to check. I wish I had bought this a long time ago.

does not work as advertised. Constantly out of calibration, by 10+ degrees. Junk. You've been warned. I've calibrated this thing 3 times now with multiple thermometers and still 10 degrees off.
