Awsome!!

Pros: Great beer!! I dry hopped it with some cascade hops... it was one of the best beers I ever made.

Cons: none

Love at first sip.

Pros: Delivers every bit of hop goodness the name promises. Not only is there hop, there are layers of hop that roll over you tongue for some time after you take a drink. This is the hop lovers ultimate ride with the perfect hint of bitter.

Lived up to its name.

Pros: This was the first batch I ever brewed. I was a bit nervous about this one, but it was quite easy to brew and turned out extremely well. It has a strong hop flavor, and aroma. This is my style of beer, but even friends who usually don't go for this type really liked it.

Cons: None as far as the product goes. 5 gallons just doesn't last long enough.

Turned out GREAT!

Pros: I actually modified this recipe ever so slightly. I used the Williams Malt and Hops that came with the kit, but I substituted Flying Dog Ale Yeast for the American Ale Yeast that came with the kit. Transferred to secondary fermenter after 6 days and dry hopped with 2 full oz of Crystal Hop Plugs for another 7 days before bottling. It has turned out to be one of the best beers i have ever tasted. Almost brought a tear to my eye. I will brew this one again for sure.

Cons: None

Oh my it is good

Pros: First batch I ever brewed, and it is great. My friend, who has been brewing for years, suggested we add even more hops, which we did, and he says it may be the best he has tasted. We did transfer to second fermenter.

Cons: None to think of.
