Weizenbeer

Review by Phil L. on 7/16/2008

Pros: Very simple to make, directions are explicit. A great beer for a beginner or someone who doesn't want a ton of work for a quality beer.

Schmeckt Gut

Review by Robert M. on 7/15/2008

Pros: A great wheat beer that's light and smooth as a summer's breeze. Even good without the lemon. Mine's fairly low carbonization but I like how the flavor stands out. I'd make it again.

Weizenbeer

Review by Richard M. on 6/5/2008

Pros: Loved it! This is the first beer we have brewed on our own and everyone we shared with loved it. It is a great Summer beer. Light and fruity. Very easy to brew.

Weizenberr Brewing Kit

Review by Dennis C. on 3/7/2008

Pros: Great Taste - Easy to brew

Cons: I need bigger buckets so I can brew 10 gallons at a time.

First Beer Batch

Review by THIERRY P. on 1/5/2008

Pros: First beer of batch ever made, and absolutely loving it. Follow the instruction just like an IKEA Kit (except you have all the parts and the notice make sense). Don't worry on the yeast pack, you really need to push on it hard to pop (it's a bag within a bag).

Cons: IBUs only 28, I would add a bit more hops for a slightly stronger bitter taste (but that's a personal preference). Otherwise none.
