Grew up on Weissbeer -- a great Summer brew. Made this kit twice over the past two Springs (May/June) --- need to give the beer however 2-3 months in the bottle to build taste. Suggest next year to build again however in early Spring (March/April) to have in time for mid-Summer.

Perfect Weizen

Pros: Great taste, color, body and complexity. Cons: Great things take time... By far my favorite beer to date. Lots of great compliments from friends as well that said this brew was the best tasting and smoothest Weizen they've ever had. Definitely a brew I will make again...

Pros: very light and easy to brew. Description of the beer is right on. Paired with pizza and the beer was a big hit.
