Don't forget to add a pack of the American Oak! Chips or cubes, doesn't matter. If you do it once you'll never drink stout without oak again

The Williams Stout kit was what I used for my first batch as a homebrewer and I couldn't have been more pleased. The brew process was fun, simple and the directions were very easy understand. The resulting beer was absolutely fabulous and encouraged me to keep on trying more Williams kits

One of my family's favorite meals is Guinness Stew. Thought I'd try this instead of the Guinness. The whole family loved it. The kit was a cinch to brew and the resulting stout is smooth and strong. Only problem, my kids, (hey they're over 21)even though they don't like beer, like it so much it doesn't last long. But it makes for some fun evenings, and on the plus side, the new rule is - if you're gonna drink the stout, you gotta help brew and bottle the stout.

Let it age, it is worth the wait

The first month after brewing William's Stout, I was so unimpressed that I set the whole batch aside for almost a year. On a whim, I sampled a bottle and was blown away - some of the sweetest, smoothest stout beer i have ever had. Two others confirmed my assessment - it was amazing. Can't wait to brew my next batch. Let it age, it is worth the wait!

This is the second stout I have brewed using this fine "everything in the package" kit. It's easy, it's quality, and my friends like it. I always drop off a few bottles to my neighbors and bring a couple to deer camp! They love it even though they might drink buttwipers and old mildew crouchy! LOL Customer service was a big help as I wanted to ramp it up just a little more and was given great suggestions. My favorite!
