First Brown Ale and my new favorite beer!

This was my first Brown Ale and I loved it. To add my own touch, I used one half pound of local fall honey (bit darker and richer due to my region) and the result was amazing. This was easily my favorite beer I've brewed so far, and my first time I could really notice the beer age and become richer tasting while in the bottle. I would absolutely recommend this kit to any brewer and I'll be making this every fall. Happy brewing!

Fantastic First Brew

This was my very first homebrew, and one of my favorite beers to drink. I did add 1 pound of honey at the beginning of the boil which made it a bit sweeter and stronger. So happy I kegged it so I didn't have to wait the extra 2 weeks to try it! Highly recommended and very easy recipe.

A great brew

This was the first William's kit I had brewed and I was so pleased with the result that I drank it all and ordered another. The second brew has just been kegged but promises to be as good as the first. If you like brown ales, this one should really please you.

Graduation Beer

This was my first kegged beer and I will not be going back to bottles. Brewed in the fermenter for 4 weeks then right into the keg with 30 psi of CO2 for carbination. I have a refigerator full of commercial beers and an empty keg now. Awesome result, thanks!

First brew kit

I chose brown ale for my first attempt at brewing and it turned out great. The directions were easy to understand and everything went well. I had one small issue with final gravity but one call to the toll free help line put all fears to rest. I only wish there had been more of it. Might have started drinking it too soon. Flavor and character improved with age and the last bottle was the best of the batch. (About 2 months later) Highly recommend this kit.
