WOW- Probably as good or better than anything else I have ever made... Got to order more to make that's for sure!!!! One thing to note is it took a while to complete the fermentation but was well worth the extra week that I let it sit in the secondary fermentor.

I was lazy last Winter and did not brew this kit until January. I am strictly an extract brewer and I have never had a fermentation last this long (22 days). It must have been due to the additional sugar. The spices that come with the kit are a perfect mix. One of the best brews that I have produced!!! I will definitely order another kit this Winter.

Made this one last year. I wish I knew the spice blend that they use, it is smooth yet complex. I love the flavor and aroma. This is my favorite kit of them all. Mine came out well over 7%... all the better for me! I just finished my last bottle of it a few weeks ago, it only got better over time. Can't wait to make it again this year.

After just 9 days in the bottle, couldn't wait to try this year's Christmas Wit. This is a truly special beer. Nicely dry, delicately spiced, sneaky strong. By my measure this batch is 7.22% ABV. Ordered the first day it was available, started a batch as soon as it arrived, drinking a bottle on December 8th. I wish it had been released a week earlier so it could have aged another week. But we won't wait to drink it and we have other batches just bottled and coming...
