Good drinkable beer

Pros: A very drinkable beer that was very nicely balanced. Complex, herbal aroma and smooth, slightly tart flavor. Medium cold color.

Cons: This spring Williams changed the yeast in the kit from 1214 Belgian Abbey to 3944 Belgian Wit. I haven't tapped the keg using different yeast but it seems like beer is going to have stronger clove notes.

Pros: Awesome Beer. Easy to brew. Tasted better after about 4 weeks in the bottle. Friends loved it!
