perfect with some additions

Wasn't too excited about the taste initially. Used a Randal filter and ran beer through fresh strawberries to kegarator tap and had great reviews by my critics. Maybe try to brew this again next Summer with some other seasonal fruit/flavors available such as apricot, maybe strawberry/rubbarb ?

Use this to clone Christmas Wit?

I've been using this kit along with some spices to try to clone William's Christmas Wit. Close but no cigar so far. Still a great beer kit that makes a wonderfully drinkable Belgian. Nicely dry.

Go back to the Abbey Ale yeast

Not liking this version at all - tried it a couple years ago when you used put the beet sugar (looks like hard candy) and Abby ale yeast in the kit. That was significantly better than this. I don't think I can drink the entire batch.

This is really great beer. It is very smooth and drinkable. I don't think it will last long, I should have bought two kits.

Easy Drinker

This is the second Belgium kit I have made. It tastes good and has a good alcohol content. Very easy to drink, great color, nice aroma, and great tast (just a touch of seet in the finish). Overall great beer.
