a great burner

Pros: if you need a burner, this is the one. High heat to low simmer, this one does it all. a nice large area burner, no center of the pot hot spot. absolutely no burner noise. i use it on a metal bench in the garage (yes, i know the instructions say for outside but..) yes, it takes 30-40 minutes to boil 5 gals of cold water but while i'm boiling a batch, i can also be bottling. Highly recommended.

Cons: i didn't like that the paint chars and flakes off due to being used, although this will end when used enough... thinking about having it all chrome plated!!
