Pros: Great flavor I added 1oz of saaz hops at 20 min and it turned out just how i thought it would.

Pros: Wonderful complex Belgian. A bit vinuous at first but mellows quickly. Aging three or more weeks makes it better.

Cons: If you're used to simple domestic beers this may not suit your taste. I'll add a bit more hops next batch.

Pros: easy to brew; rich taste and nice finish. My first time back to brewing in more than a decade, and it was a big hit!

Worth the Wait

Pros: Extremely tasty with a pleasant aroma.

Cons: Takes about 2-3 months to reach maximum deliciousness. But worth the wait.
