I have yet to brew this kit, but it was my first order with Williams Brewing and I have to say it came on time. The yeast was in good shape, the instructions are clear and are easy to follow. I am an all grain brewer and this is my first kit brew. I would defiantly recommend these kits to new brewers.

I brewed this batch in mid-September, let it ferment for three weeks, and then kegged. It is the first of November, and still going strong. This has become my favorite of what I have brewed so far,(fourth brew). The flavors are refreshing and nothing is over powering. Very good choice, and will probably brew again.

Easy to make and great flavor. I made a few mistakes along the way but still turned out great. Gets better with age. Will brew this one again.

My first Belgian

My wife loves this beer while I prefer a beer with a little more bite. I enjoyed this beer at the end of the day to wind down. I will make it again but have some of my other favorites on hand for a balance.
