This has been the best beer we've made. I found a bottle five months later and it was like Christmas. Great bold IPA flavor without the nasty bite.

This was the first brewing experience for my wife and me and it was perfect. I invited friends to taste test against the IPA from our local micro-brewery and the Williams IPA was the favored beer! It was easy to brew and it is a beer I am proud to serve to friends and family.

The ale by which I measure all others

This is the ale that hits the mark for me and I keep coming back to when I try other recipes. I think it is excellent. If you want an even fresher hoppy taste (without dry hopping), simply add the final hops additional after the boil is done.

Excellent IPA

This is the best American style IPA kit that I have brewed to date. After 3 weeks in the bottle, I just enjoyed my first few from this batch. After my second one, I hopped on-line and ordered 2 more kits from WB....fully knowing that the rest of this batch will not be around long. Nice color, good fragrance and great hop taste. I will definitely brew another one with the recipe, but might choose to increase the hop content on the other. Enjoy.

better than most of the commercial beers i buy

saddest part of my batch of williams american ipa is the fact that i only have two bottles left. this beer has been most excellent. flavor and aroma are dead on. if you like ipas, i recommend you give this one a try...a great brew.
