Very good IPA

This kit made a delicious American-style IPA. There is a very good hop flavor, and the beer is not as high in alcohol as an Imperial style -- perfect for enjoying a few.

Not as hoppy as i expected from IPA

This was my 1st brew, turned out great! everyone liked it and was impressed. From an IPA I expected it to have a bit more "hoppy bite", but I didn't experiment with it either. Overall was a success!

Excellent hop flavor

By far my most enjoyed homebrew recipe. If you are a fan of the hop flavor, this is a must try. It has an excellent balance of smooth flavor with that extra little bite from the hops. Also, in my opinion, it pairs very well with harder cheeses like SarVecchio or parmigiano reggiano.

Just opened my first bottle last night and this beer rocks! Strong hop flavor really stand out. Will definately be brewing this again soon.
