Very easy process, ready to drink on the three week mark, great color and taste only I wish (like many of the other reveiwers) that this kit had more of a hoppy kick. I would buy this kit again.

I've brewed this kit twice, both times with excellent results. It's been a favorite of my friends, and has been drained very quickly each time! I like hoppy beers, and I dry-hopped this with Cascade, Willamette, and a little Citra for the second batch.....even better this way!

This was the first brew that me and a buddy tried. The kit made it very easy to get great results. Glad that we spent a little extra on the brewing equipment because the results are better than what I expected. The IPA is just as good as store bought IPA's.

Micro Quality/Taste at a fraction of the cost

If you don't like well hopped brews pass on this one - but if you do this one is for you. Easy to brew. As far as the taste the catalog description is spot on. The OG came out right on 1.053. I kegged 2.5 gallons and bottled the rest and both have come out perfect. This may be the best kit I have ever purchased from William's. I could see easily paying 5 bucks a pint for something this good at a pub but why should I when I can enjoy it at home for around a buck!
