Wiiliams' kits don't disappoint

As with the other 'entry level' kits, this is very straight forward to brew. After many batches of the IPA, I switched to this to try something just a little different. If my memory serves correctly, this is not as floral as the IPA kit. So for those not liking a floral finish, this may be an excellent match. For me,it's back to the IPA, with no regrets of trying something different.

Just enough citrus sweetness balanced by beautifully bitter hops

This is one of my two go-to brews from Williams. I find the American IPA is plenty hoppy with a bit of a citrus flavor but enough bitterness to properly offset the citrus. I liked the Double IPA, as well, but this one is a better all around brew, in my opinion.

This American IPA turned out well and was really straight forward to make a good beer. One wish was for a more floral hop addition for the end of the brew, I would've liked a citrus floral finish but overall a nice beer. Friends and family loved it, brewing another batch today but with more hops!

I HAVE BEEN MAKING THIS BEER FOR AT LEAST TEN YEARS. IT IS THE HIT OF EVERY PARTY. WHEN THEY FIND OUT THAT I HAVE HOMEMADE IPA THEY WILL NOT DRINK ANYTHING ELSE UNTIL IT IS GONE. TRY THIS KIT. YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY.

Only the second kit I've ever brewed, and it was brilliantly successful! Managed to get it very clear, a great head on it after the pour and amazing flavor with a nice hop punch! As soon as I have room in the now converted fridge fermenter, I'm brewing another batch!
