A very fine beer

Review by W Moon on 7/13/2008

Pros: * perfect, complex hop aroma and taste - crisp, floral, maybe even a little citrusy. * easy to make

Cons: * could use a titch more malt for my taste

Good kit

Pros: This was a pretty tasty beer. It was a bit grapefruity, but I think it fermented a little closer to the upper end than I would have liked. I still enjoy every glass though.

Wiliams\'s American IPA

Review by Robert F. on 7/11/2008

Pros: Great IPA in the bitterness range of Smutty Nose IPA. I found this IPA very drinkable, and although I have since added more hops to this recipe to get a beer reminiscent of Stone IPA, I find this more mild version more to my liking and the liking of my friends. William's ingredients are always fresh, and of the highest quality.

Cons: None.

Very good stuff!

Review by DAYTON G. on 6/2/2008

Pros: Very well balanced IPA. I was concerned during ferment that the yeast was not doing the job. I took a final gravity reading and it was perfect. This is very yummy stuff and a kit that I will be brewing again!

Cons: I could use a bit more hop profile. I will probably do a dry hop just to kick it up a couple of notches for my next batch.

Outstanding IPA

Review by Alan C. on 4/22/2008

Pros: As with the other William's Kits that I have tried, this was easy to make and produced excellent results. A high hopped beer that has just the right balance of bitterness. Excellent color and aroma as well.

Cons: None noted.
