Delightfully Hoppy.

Pros: Easy to brew up. Simple, clear instructions. Using new brewing pot and equipment made it a quick and clean process. Excellent recipe.

Cons: Have to wait too long to enjoy the beer.

Pros: Sampled most of the ale kits here and keep coming back to this one. I'll keep mixing it up but this sierra nevada style beer is probably my favorite.

Good IPA

Pros: Definitely a good IPA, not hard to brew.

Cons: good use a bit more aromatic hops

American IPA

Pros: I agree that if you like sierra nevada pale ale, you'll like this brew. One thing I did like was that the ale has a very clean finish. Carbonation was spot on too. One note: my yeast did not take as long to activate as the directions stated. I could have probably used it after 1-1 1/2 days.
