Great success! I'm happy to serve this to my German guests as an alternative to the fine IPA kits here that my American guests can't get enough of. Simple to make and foolproof instructions give you a great chance at making a delightful Kolsch. If you use a wort chiller, you can't miss.

I had already tried 10 different styles of beer kits from Williams and wasn’t sure if I would try yet another cause my favorite was the Brown Ale and brewed that 3 times and Weizenbeer twice and figured maybe just stick with the beers I tried and liked but then read some of the reviews on the German Style Kolsch and decided to give it a try. This is a great smooth tasting beer and the other night my wife and I went to a micro brewery and decided to try their Kolsch and it wasn’t a flavorful as the Williams kit I brewed. So now I have a new favorite and it’s time to order some more kits and I think I’ll get 2 Kolsch (because this disappeared to quickly) and 1 Brown ale.

A great anytime brew, but especially for summer. Had my buddy, a certified beer judge, try this batch and he was impressed. He said its exactly like a kolsch should be. So easy to make and results speak for themselves!
