quality product and fair price

Review by Phillip on 10/5/2024

Just recently started Pinot Noir so cannot give a fair review. But I have made your merlot, muscat and zinfandel with great success. Also recently started some Sauvignon Blanc which was on sale by the way. Your concentrates are top quality and always produce great results. will keep buying as needed. Thanks Williams.

GREAT TASTE AND EXCELLENT BODY

Review by JOHN K on 9/15/2016

THIS CONCENTRATE AFTER DILUTING TO THE 5 GAL. FERMENTING VOLUME REYAINS ADEEP COLO AND INTENSITY in (body). ITS FLAVOR IS NOT LOST ONCE THE WINE HAS ACHIEVED BOTTLING STATE. EVEN AS A YOUNG IT HAS FLAVOR THAT IS PROLONGED AFTER IS COSUMRD. I HAVE USED THIS VARIETAL TWICE AND HAVE BOTTLES THAT ARE OVER 3 YRS, OLD THEY IMPROVE IN TASTE AND I HAVE NEVER HAD SWDIMENT PROBLEM THAT FAR ALONG. IT IS AN EXCELLENT PRODUCT. JOHN K.

light on the nose, medium bodied

Review by Steel on 10/31/2012

Not much of nose, one month into bottling. Has a medium body, black berries, notes of raspberries, tinge of anise. Not sure about aging potential, I will likely consume within one year of bottling. Good value for price. Pinot noir are hard to grow and harder wines to make. This concentrate performed better that I anticipated.

Pinot Concentrate

Review by B.Miller on 7/22/2008

Pros: I completed a batch using this concentrate in late Spring 2008. The wine has superb taste and character, the appearance is crystal clear and vibrant red. There was no harsh taste prior to bottling, which is quite uncommon for young Pinot Noir. I would recommend this concentrate over any kit on the market. If you use bentonite, pectin enzyme, wine tannin and fining agents in your winemaking practices, you can bottle this wine in 6-7 weeks and have a great tasting wine in 2-3 months aging time. Additionally, William's Brewing has excellent customer service, who will answer the most complex questions, if you are a meticulous winemaker such as I.

Cons: None
