This kit was amazing. I just bottled this wine which is my second kit with Williams. I also have done the cab which is also very good however the merlot is incredible. I have given out samples of my cab....... will be hoarding the merlot

The wine I made using this concentrate turned out excellent. I used Red Star Pasteur Red yeast for primary fermentation, used Lalvin Bacchus to start MLF and aged it with oak cubes for two months. The resulting wine had cherry undertones and a little bit of pepper spiciness. It is delicious!
