Pros: I love sweet wines and Muscat has always been a great favor for me. The juice I ordered came ot me fast, the phone service I had was great and the juice is the most amazing tasting juice I have ever tasted. I have just racked this batch so it's not even done yet and it taste amazing already. I am excited for the finshed product but with juice as good as this if it turns out bad I can only blame myself.

Cons: It make 5 gallons so I need to get a 5 gallon carboy which until now I thought 6 and 3 gallon kits were kind of the standard. No big deal I decided to make a more full bodied wine so I am just making 3 gallons with the same amount of juice. I hope it makes the Muscat taste even more bold.
