We have made numerous batches of this wine, it is very easy to make and is a delight to drink. We like to keep 10 gal. on hand.

Much to my surprise. I was organizing my wines. In other words, finally got around to putting up 3 30 bottle metal racks. From Williams of course. Along with a few other racks found at bargain shops. And there, I saw them. Under a very fine layer of dust. Like you see in the movies. 5 bottles of my very first batch of wine. Dated, 2009. Of course everything stopped and the cork screw was the most important item to locate. I gently blew the dust off, uncorked, and poured a glass. I have been at many wine tasting. Some boasting over 300 samples. And I have to say. If at all possible, let this stuff age. And you will have bottles or bottle of one of the best wines you have every tasted. Let me just put it this way. Buy two kits. Drink one while you watch the other age. You will not regret it. One more thing, I have also made the other reds Williams has. And they are as good and all are very easy to do. My cellar is over a 100 bottles. I no longer buy wine. I make my own. Thanks WB.

I have made this kit for many years, and the results are very crowd pleasing. Everyone who has tasted it, that like red wines, says it is very good.
