Great Zin for the Price

Review by Paul on 7/28/2015

Made this great wine according to the directions and added 4 oz of French Oak for 10 days. It already has a great body. What a great wine and hope to have some left after 1 year. The process was easy and cleared nicely. I'll buy another in a heartbeat,

Great Kit, Great Price!

Review by Jim on 5/21/2015

This is the 9th or 10th kit I have purchased from William's Brewing. All have been consistently good and I expect this one will be also. It tasted good when I racked it to the secondary fermenter. They are easy to make, priced well and great to drink.

I'm Impressed

Review by Heather on 4/24/2015

I bought this kit for my husband for Christmas (so bottling at about 5 months). We have made an expensive pinot noir kit before (we figured if we failed at the best kit, kits weren't for us, and it only turned out okay), and a homemade pomegranate wine. We just bottled this today and so far I'm very impressed. When I was looking around for kits for Christmas, there was one more than twice the price of this kit. I trusted the ratings on this site and went with this because it was such a good value. I would drink a bottle of it today, and I'm positive it will be even better later this year. I am looking forward to trying other types of Williams Brewing kits. Cheers.

Very Good Wine

Zin kit

Review by Thomas on 5/24/2014

I can't give an honest rating yet because the wine is still in the secondary stage. Tasted really good coming out of the primary (but still sweet, as expected). I hope to give this kit a 5 when it's ready I took the advice of a previous rater and added a quart of pomegranate juice before pitching the yeast. My patience is running thin.
