Just beginning learning how to brew this will be the very first attempt at brewing Cab Sav - so, until it's been bottled and corked - and given time to mature, and I have friends who have better palates than I, can deliver a verdict - we will see...I have no doubt that the product will be to our liking as we have had great success in all our past attempts with William's products! My go to Cabernet

This is the wine that ages well and I am proud to share and give away. I have tried the others that are supposed to finish in 30 to 40 days and there is no comparison to the Williams Cabernet. The others are medium body with a higher acid level to compensate for it's short comings. The William's Cabernet is full bodied, well balanced, with just the right amount of oak. It's best aged for a year and I keep enough going to keep me in an ample supply.

Flavor comes out nicely. I added oak spirals to the aging process to add flavor.
