Huh???

Review by Jesus on 9/11/2012

I've had my fair share of IIPA's but whether I brewed this completely wrong or was given the wrong ingredients, this is by far the furthest beer from an IIPA. My version came out tasting like a brown ale more than anything. Color was just as dark or nothing you would compare an IIPA to be closely related to. Alcohol content was at 5% which is okay, does its job. All in all, for me, it’s not the greatest but not the worst.

Not enough yeast in kit

Review by Jeffrey R on 3/8/2012

Not sure why there is only one packet of yeast for 1.088 OG. Wyeast recommends 3 smack packs when OG is greater than 1.085. My OG was 1.100 and FG of 1.042, now I have 5 gal of sweet flat beer.

Williams IPA

Review by Jess on 9/6/2011

Have brewed this beer many times and each time it comes out Great. This Beer does come out on the sweet side a bit. Dry Hopped to change the profile a bit. Still a very easy beer to brew. This is our favorite from Williams. If you are looking for a IPA with a kick, this is the one. Enjoy!
