Pros: Smooth...great citrus flavor...mild. Very tasty brew on a hot day. I would definitely recommend this kit. Super easy to brew. Doesn't get easier than a Williams kit.

Cons: 1) If you are an experienced brewer and want to know what EXACT ingredients are in it...they wont reveal. (understandable) 2) Not a con, but I would take up the recommendation to add an extra 0.5oz of Bitter orange peel for extra citrus flavor. I did it and it's fantastic. 3)Ignore the fact that they say wait exactly 12-14 days to bottle. When it's done, it's done. No bubbles (after 3+min) and a specific gravity under 1.020 is enough. I bottled after 7 days and it's fantastic...(with no bottle explosions if you are wondering). When it's done, it's done. 12-14 days is conservative and overkill IF and only IF it's not bubbling and under 1.020 SG.

Pros: I think the title says it all! I have used several kits over the past six months. This is hands down my favorite! Easy to brew, great to drink!

Pros: I added 1 lb of organge blossom honey and it turned out great. Highly recommend it.
