need to clean it? try pbw

pbw has a million uses. i first bought it for removing labels off of bottles. make a mixture, leave bottles in it for 20 min. to 1 hour, and most labels will come right off of the bottle. wipe outside of bottle with a cloth or sponge, and you have a perfectly clean bottle. gunk in a carboy? just fill it with a soultion of pbw, let it set for a day or two, and it all just rinses clean. if you are looking at a smaller size of pbw, go ahead and buy yourself the big container. also found that it works wonderfully in the kitchen. it is not cheap, but it works. thank you, 5 star.

This product works great! I let it sit for a couple hours in the carboy and it dissolves the toughest of residue. Works for pots and pans too!

Fisrt time useing. Had 3 S.S. pots that I had retired due to not being able to get clean. Used this PBW cleaner and they are back in the brew room getting used. Just follow the instructions.

Fermenting in better bottles requires no harsh scrubbing of the plastics to stave off scratches for bacteria to live in. 20 minute warm water soak in some PBW and they always come out looking like new.
