Weyermann® Bohemian Pilsner Malt is a lager-style base malt produced from Bohemian (Czech) malting-quality barley varieties Bojos and Malz. This malt is floor malted in Bohemia, according to the traditional floor malting process. Ideal for malt forward Bohemian pilsners and Belgian ales, but is well-suited to any beer style that requires a solid malt presence. Click HERE for a data sheet.
If you do not have a grain mill, we suggest you order fine milling if you use a Brew in Bag System or a traditional 3 tier mashing system. If you use a Mash & Boil, Grainfather, or Brewzilla type system, order the coarse milling for best results in the malt basket.

Awesome stuff
I bought some of this before, and was surprised how great it was. It is malty and complex. I used it in a fest beer/Marzen. I bought more to try it in a SMASH with Saaz hops, to see it on its own (no Vienna or Munich malt)
